Organised a successful exchange between Alliance Youth and Jonge Democraten in the Netherlands Welcomed representatives from the Young Liberal’s to Northern Ireland, and worked with previous YL exec’s to build better relations. What I want to achieve If elected to the International Committee, I will work to: Build stronger relations between the Young Liberal’s and Alliance Youth, particularly on the issues of Brexit, same-sex marriage, and abortion reform. Work and campaign with our sister parties across Europe on issues important to young people. When we work and share ideas with each other, we all benefit Tl;dr: I’m a committed internationalist with lots of experience working with other liberal parties. I have the skills and qualities needed to make sure that we don’t just pay lip service to our international partners, but actively work and campaign with them!
